Working within the confines of a small space and maximising light, whilst respecting the clients tight budget, were the challenges this 2-floor flat located in a council estate building offered.
The flat was completely stripped and gutted, and the clients were kept up to date on all necessary changes, thus ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
Walnut flooring runs through the living room floor, which is separated from the kitchen by a cube wall and glass portico. An en-suite bathroom was created, and storages spaces were a priority.
