In this spacious Central London Pied-a-Terre, the core of the property was stripped down to its original shell, to make way for all new services, walls, floors and ceilings.

A new layout was adopted, and walnut floors were used throughout, to achieve the dramatic and modern look that the clients wanted. The use of bold red in the hallway and concealed lighting, further adds to this sense of drama, as well as providing a striking contrast to the bright living space. Built-in cupboards and wardrobes were also incorporated in the design, to maximise storage, and enhance the uncluttered and sharp look of the apartment.
