The 'elegant architectural simplicity' of the project combines the original features of this 19th century property , situated in the heart of Mayfair. A complete reconfiguration of the space was needed, as well as restoring the structural and historical integrity of the building. Harmonious lines and clean shapes were used to achieve the finished effect desired by the clients.

Designed as a bespoke piece, by Saikalis Architects, the most striking feature of this project was the cast-iron staircase. With its simple geometric balustrade, and walnut treads, this staircase acts as both a structured example of engineered design and a sculptural focal-point, for this stylish property.
